Juven is a former Presidential Appointee for the Biden-Harris Administration and an accomplished communicator, political strategist, and public servant with over 15 years of experience in communications, operations, and legislative affairs.

His experience reflects a unique blend of policy expertise, strategic communications, and message development that advances legislation, connects communities, and drives results. In the administration, he led cross-agency efforts in communications and public engagement to advance major White House initiatives.

Previously in Congress, he led communications strategy and managed operations for multiple Members of the House. During his tenure on the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, he focused on intergovernmental affairs, government operations, and the federal civil service—collaborating with inspectors general to strengthen accountability, integrity, and efficiency across the federal government.

As an effective organizer and political strategist, Juven spent much of 2020 on the campaign trail, establishing dozens of field offices in key swing states. He led teams of deputy campaign directors, organizers, and volunteers to register over 150,000 U.S. citizens to vote—helping drive a historic turnout.

Juven honed his skills as a political strategist. In this role, he was deeply involved in the intricate process of constructing political campaigns from the ground up. His expertise included crafting compelling messages, developing strategic outreach plans, and providing invaluable guidance to candidates as they navigated the complexities of running for office.

His hands-on approach and keen understanding of the political landscape made him a trusted advisor.

Before transitioning into government service, Juven held senior roles at two of the nation’s most prestigious cultural institutions—the John. F. Kennedy Center and the Smithsonian Institution. As Special Assistant to the President of the Kennedy Center, he managed strategic initiatives, high-level stakeholder engagement, and internal communications, serving as the liaison to the Board of Trustees (appointed by the President of the United States), and coordinating with the White House on appointments and events.

At the Smithsonian Institution, he supported the Director of Communications, helping to lead major projects, including branding updates on the National Mall and renovations of the Smithsonian Castle. In both roles, Juven demonstrated a distinctive ability to manage complex operations, support executive leadership, and deliver mission-driven results at the highest level.

While finishing his senior year of college, Juven began his career at Reich & Binstock, a nationally recognized litigation firm, where he started by filing pleadings and motions into folders and redwells.

Over the years, he rose to the role of Communications Director and Legal Researcher, where he led public outreach for high-profile legal campaigns—overseeing strategic communications, media relations, and digital engagement. He managed a team of assistants, crafted and executed marketing strategies, and supported attorneys with legal research, pleadings, and case preparation.

His efforts generated thousands of client leads and contributed to multimillion-dollar settlements, laying a strong foundation for his future work in public affairs, messaging, and strategic operations.

Juven holds a Master's Degree in Legislative Affairs and Public Policy from the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management.
