Juven is an accomplished communicator, campaigner, and public servant currently serving as a political appointee for President Biden and his administration.

Prior to joining the Executive Branch, Juven served in the Legislative Branch with the United States House of Representatives. He started in Congress in 2021 on the House Committee for Oversight and Reform, primarily focusing on government operations, overseeing the federal civil service, inspector generals, and intergovernmental affairs.

As an effective organizer, campaigner, and administrator, Juven spent most of 2020 traveling the country on the campaign trail. With a broken foot and all, he established dozens of offices in critical swing states, leading deputy campaign directors, team leads, and organizers to register over 150,000 U.S. citizens to vote.

Juven holds a Master's Degree in Legislative Affairs and Political Management from the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management.
